  • Message: Whether facing physical danger or emotional pressure, we can call on God. Like David, we pray with praise, humility, and relationship.

  • Message: In His mercy, God gave us minds to learn. He made the world discoverable so we could use science and knowledge to do good.

  • Message: To help us control anger and passion, God didn’t just give rules; He gave us a new nature when we placed our lives in His hands.

  • Message: God prefers the honest sinner over the proud perfectionist. In His Kingdom, the last become first and the humble are exalted.

  • Message: Jesus comforts our hearts with the promise that He has gone ahead to prepare a specific dwelling place for us in His Father’s house.

  • Message: There is a rest greater than the Sabbath coming—a rest not just from labor, but from pain, heartache, and sorrow.

Day 13 of 31: He Places Us in Families

  • Message: God designed family for companionship and care. Even when biological families fracture, He bridges the gaps, and Jesus remains the friend closer than a brother.

Day 14 of 31: He Protects Us from Wrong Prayers

  • Message: Praying “in Jesus’ name” or according to His will is a protection; it invokes His goodness to filter out requests that would ultimately harm us.

Day 15 of 31: He Provided a Mercy Seat

  • Message: Above the Law, God placed a cover on the Ark called the Mercy Seat. It is there, above the rules, where He meets with His people.

  • Message: The Law can feel overwhelming with all its rules, but God displays His mercy by boiling it down to the essentials: do justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with Him.

Day 17 of 31: Mercy for the Sinner Woman

  • Message: Jesus shows us the difference between accusation and restoration. While the crowd wanted to stone the woman caught in sin, Jesus corrected her with respect and forgiveness.

Day 18 of 31: He Provides Help when No One Else Can

  • Message: When no other resource can help, God steps in. Just as Jesus singled out the man paralyzed for 38 years, He offers special mercy to us in our most helpless moments.

Day 19 of 31: He Delays His Day of Judgement

  • Message: God is not eager to condemn. If He delays the final judgment, it is an act of mercy designed to give more people time to find salvation.

  • Message: God hasn’t sorted the world yet; He sends good things to everyone. He calls us to imitate this mercy by doing good even to those who mistreat us.

Day 21 of 31: He Gives us One Day at a Time

  • Message: Our minds race with anxiety about the future, but God designed us to live in 24-hour cycles. He gives us sleep to clear our minds and mercy sufficient for just today.

Day 22 of 31: He Turns a Nobody into a Somebody

  • Message: In the Old Testament, God chose a specific people, but through Jesus, the “outsiders” are brought in. Those who were once not a people are now the people of God.

Day 23 of 31: He Divides Rightly

  • Message: Temptation itself is not sin; even Jesus was tempted. God displays His mercy by “dividing rightly”—He sees past the surface into our hearts, distinguishing between our thoughts and our intents. He provides a way of escape for every temptation and stands ready to cleanse us when we confess.

Day 24 of 31: He Calls His Servants

  • Message: God sees our potential long before we recognize it in ourselves. Just as He revealed Himself to Paul and transformed him from a persecutor into a mighty servant, He calls us to a specific purpose. When we respond, He reveals the plan.

Day 25 of 31: He Works Everything for our Good

  • Message: When bad things happen, we may be tempted to question God’s love. But He has promised to work all things—even the difficult ones—together for our good. Faith is trusting this promise even before we see the result.

Day 26 of 31: He Doesn’t Keep Score

  • Message: God isn’t keeping a scorecard of how many times we mess up. If we are genuinely sorry, He promises to forgive. We shouldn’t let our failures harden our hearts; instead, we must accept His forgiveness and refuse to keep score against others.

Day 27 of 31: He Made a Season for Everything

  • Message: Trying to do everything at once leads to overwhelming stress. God, in His mercy, created seasons for our lives—a time to weep and a time to laugh, a time to mourn and a time to dance. We can find peace knowing He is consistent through every changing season.

  • Message: God’s words are as essential to our lives as daily bread. By memorizing Scripture, we allow His truth to dwell in us, ensuring that His specific promises and guidance surface in our minds exactly when we need them.

Day 29 of 31: He Provides Shelter in the Time of Storm

  • Message: When the storms of life rage—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual—God does not leave us exposed. He offers Himself as a refuge and a fortress, a safe harbor where we can find peace amidst the chaos.

Day 30 of 31: The Mercy Bowl is Full

  • Message: His mercies are new every morning! After exploring these truths for 30 days, our “mercy bowl” is overflowing. Today, we review the journey from Days 1 to 29 and look ahead to the finale—the “Final Mercy.”
